Very simply, the product is advertised as having a headset jack but has no such thing. The only reason I bought it was I was looking for an inexpensive corded phone with a headset jack, but now I will be returning it.

Also there is static and an echo on the line. Even though I do not have a hearing loss, I have to press the amplification button to hear the connection. The phone transmits too softly unless the amplification button is used. The keypad does not engage smoothly. It could be the reason that I am experiencing wrong number connections - numbers not even close to what I thought I had dialed.

I am very pleased with this phone. The seller's were ontime and the phone arrived undamaged. I never had to contact the seller which I feel deserves 5 stars alone.

This phone is very user-friendly. There is a button on the side that must be pushed in order to enhance the volume so the user with normal hearing doesn't get blasted with sound, but the hearing impaired user easily converts it by pushing the button. Good quality for a reasonable price.

This phone sounds clear and works well except for the dialing. If you are not very careful to hit the buttons just right it enters the number when you push it in and when you release it. Sometimes have to dial several times to get the number to enter right.
